Our clients usually prefer to arrive on a Sunday evening or early Monday morning to take full advantage of a 4 or 5 day visit. You can fly out to either Alicante or Murcia airport where you will be met on arrival by your personal guide. You will be taken to your air-conditioned car for the pleasant, chauffeur driven transfer to your hotel. Your made-to-measure itinerary will have been carefully planned to suit your criteria. We are totally independent and not limited to any one builder or developer, we can therefore source a wide selection of suitable properties, new build or resale, for you to choose from. As there will only be you and your party in your personally chauffeured car, you will have plenty of opportunity to ask any questions at every stage. Your familiarisation visit will include en-suite accommodation, all meals and a personal guide throughout the duration of your stay with us (average 4-5 days). The only cost to you is the price of your flight - we will cover all other expenses.

Preparatory service

We want your familiarisation visit to be as rewarding an experience as possible, we therefore offer our 'preparatory service'. This enables us to find the most suitable properties for you based on the information you give us. Our financial advisors are available to give information about the excellent range of mortgage/finance packages available, ascertain your comfortable budget level and arrange your finances before you travel. This avoids wasting precious viewing time during your familiarisation visit and leaves you free to enjoy your trip.
